Member invitation information: We collect the first and last name, and email address of anyone you invite to join your Epic Listing account as a 'Member'.
Referral invitation information: We collect the email address of anyone you invite to use our services via our 'Refer a friend feature'.
Order sharing information: We collect the email address of anyone a user shares a completed order with using our public share link or share via email feature.
Preset information: We collect data that may include the business name, logo and edit preferences of a business that users of Epic Listing are supplying services to.
Identity verification documents: In rare situations, we may request documentation to prove a user is associated with a genuine business and avoid fraud so a free trial of our services can be enabled.
User content: We collect data (including chat logs and call recordings) when users contact Epic Listing customer support, provide ratings or feedback for services, use features that enable users to upload content or submit recordings, fill out a form or survey, or otherwise contact Epic Listing.
Epic Listing does not have access to or store financial information including full credit card numbers, expiry dates and CV2 numbers for users who have subscribed to a paid version of our services. Such information is processed and held by our payment provider Stripe.

Metadata: Epic Listing will have access to metadata of image files and other files uploaded by users to our website.
Transactional information: We collect such data from the time an order is placed until it is finished.
Usage data: We collect data about how users interact with our services. This includes access dates and times, app features or pages viewed, browser type, and app crashes and other system activity.
Device data: We collect data about the devices used to access our services, including the hardware models, device IP address or other unique device identifiers, operating systems and versions, software, preferred languages, and advertising identifiers.
